We are proud to be present in a luxury apartment design in art deco style by SimmenGroup, a team of market leading professional designers for prestigious new buildings and renovations in Switzerland and abroad.

The art deco style, which above all reflected modern technology, was always characterized by smooth lines, geometric shapes, streamlined forms and bright, sometimes garish colours. Initially a luxury style using high quality materials like silver, crystal, ivory, jade and lacquer.

Light ivory, beige colours of the furnitures, carpets define the friendly but elegant  style of the appartment. The bright colours are enlivened by the golden accessories typical for Art Deco style. Crysltas not just ideal or fit into this interior design but essential.

In the living room a stunning cluster of six VOILE chandeliers by MANOOI elevates the mood. VOILE chandelier is designed to stand the test of time. It combines the latest LED technology with artistic manufacturing techniques. Its versatility makes it adaptable to any kind of space. Luxury apartment on the East Coast in Florida features a stunning sea view

This stylish apartment has a real personal touch since it was designed by the owner herself and Lights of Venice. In the large sitting room there is plenty of space to fill with designer furniture and accessories. The challenge was to fill up the large space proportionately with light, to highlight its stunning sea view. The designer was looking for a specific crystal chandelier to occupy the space in the sitting room area.

The POLARIS crystal chandelier has several different sizes to choose from, so the designer went ahead and arranged that the area accommodate three different sizes and then hung them at different heights. Every piece of the interior design is well-planned, personal and creates harmony while using light pastel colours. The large windows provide a stunning sea view and lots of natural light.

Manooi crystal chandeliers are only made with premium-quality crystals: full-cut octagon pieces specially carved to recall the look of diamonds. This special cut helps to absorb natural light and to create the incomparable sparkling effect that only a crystal can provide. Its optical traits can break down visible light into spectra, resulting in colour combinations like those of a rainbow. We use various-sized crystals to give a streamlined and an airy effect to our lighting creations. As a final touch, we decorate the chandeliers with various shapes and styles of crystal pendants so the chandeliers provide a stunning sparkling effect from every angle.

Out of the many aspects making Arndt Geiger Herrmann Architects’ oeuvre so exciting and extraordinary, it is mainly two that perfectly characterise the firm’s architectural stance: firstly, the references, in terms of both form and content, to 21st century Swiss modernism, which the architects have steadfastly devoted themselves to, irrespective of all postmodern trends, whose idiosyncrasies continue to have repercussions to this day; and secondly, the reflection upon the location, the acknowledgement of and involvement with different truths and their diversity, without which their architectural concepts would be unthinkable. Only a few steps away from Lake Lucerne in this idyllic scenery, an amazing single family house with a unique panoramic view was built on an empty plot of land. In the steep terrain of “Nagelfluh”, elaborate foundation work had to be carried out in order to be able to realise the planned three-story house. The infinity pool was deliberately designed so that one can fully enjoy the fabulous view from there.

Manooi is proud to be present in that realm with one of its Iceberg crystal chandeliers in  one of their stunning, “single family house with panoramic view” projects. Our Iceberg chandelier resembles a glistening hemisphere, andechnically speaking, it is one of the most intricate and advanced chandeliers. Manufactured in the Manooi atelier, Iceberg comes in 32 different sizes and shapes to accommodate every architectural space. Thanks to its flexibility, it looks gorgeous in a cluster or on its own, too.

The materials of the cubic villa were carefully selected in close dialogue with the client. The ventilated facade consisting of gray clinker brick was glued and then grouted. The interior is also dominated by stone. The only exception is a compact core of smoked eucalyptus wood, which runs vertically through the three floors of the property and is not only a visual eye-catcher, but also cleverly hides undesirables thanks to elaborate planning.

The elegant luxury apartment with spectacular view, including our LOOOP crystal chandelier model was designed by Austin Chai and managed by Louvre Casa Hangzhou. 

A preference for circular shapes is deeply ingrained in all of us from birth. As a modern version of one of the most ancient forms, the omnipresent circle, LOOOP is a majestic crystal chandelier. Its application is generally recommended for interiors where it has the space to create unparalleled harmony between light and space. LOOOP crystal chandelier need space to become alive due to its majestic dimensions.

Our LOOOP model can be installed on its own or in different sized clusters. The suspended crystal circles can provide an airy flying effect when it is installed into spacious spaces. We use various sized crystals to give a streamlined and an airy effect to our lighting creations. As a final touch, we decorate the chandeliers with various shapes and styles of crystal pendants.

BIRTH OF A BESPOKE LIGHT CREATION

 

Experts of MANOOI always like to push their own boundaries. Manooi’s standard crystal chandeliers can be personalised as bespoke light creations to provide for differences in personal taste and to best complement the styles and colour schemes of the interiors in which they will be placed.

A special project took place in the soon-to-be the new Manooi atelier. Its extrem,  500-square-meter, 13-meter-high hall provides a generous space for our bespoke crystal chandeliers. Our unique size FJORD crystal chandelier debuted in this special interior. Its extreme height needed the generous space provided by the Manooi atelier.

Manooi’s quality control procedures ensure that production undergoes a rigorous inspection process so that each lighting creation meets and exceeds the highest standards. A special area of the workshop is dedicated to the design of Manooi’s bespoke chandeliers and to product development. Our expertise lies in creating fully customised chandeliers and other magnificent bespoke light creations. Creating a 6 meters high bespoke FJORD crystal chandelier was a very inspiring project for us, so much so that it needed to be shown to our audience.

Light is a piece of art and when it plays with crystals, it just recalles the elegant moves of a graceful balett dancer.

ONCE THERE WAS A TEXTILE FACTORY IN ÓBUDA

The Goldberger Textile Factory operated in Óbuda for two hundred years. The founder, Ferenc Goldberger, opened his blue painting plant in 1784. In the 19th century, the small company developed into a large textile factory, so successful that even Emperor Franz Joseph and his wife Sissi visited here. After the World War II, the factory was nationalized and began to decline. Following the change of regime, production decreased permanently in 1997. But the buildings still stand today. MANOOI has found the creative energy it has long been looking for in an impressive building complex in its thousands of square meters of ruins to create its magnificent crystal light creations.

“At MANOOI, creation is an integral part of our day, so it was important to find a place to expand our production of crystal chandeliers where we could also expand in space. We are in the area of ​​the factory’s old energy center, where was the boiler house. The special atmosphere of the place, its vast spaces and its unadulterated industrial atmosphere make the hall such a creative powerhouse that the flow of creative energies is almost perceptible. ” – Judit Zoltai (CEO, designer)

The 500-square-meter, 13-meter-high hall still functioned as a boiler house at the time of the textile factory. Just as the factory functioned as an energy hub at the time, so will MANOOI’s creative energy hub.

In the future, the hall will simultaneously act as a contemporary exhibition space, a showroom and a cultural project space accessible to artists and creators.

The center piece of our stand was the first ever MANOOI chandelier, the ARTICA. As the flagship and one of the most successful Manooi models it embodies the spirit of the brand; over time it has become the recognised shape and logo of Manooi around the world. Although it entails unique architectural forms, it is ideal for placement in a wide range of spaces due to its smooth and curved shapes.

With its non-regular but perfectly planned form, Artica represents the essence of the Manooi Universe. Due to its artistic shape, ARTICA can be the centrepiece of the interior on its own, or in clusters too.

Among ZZ Architect’s vast and admirable portfolio there’s a project that stands out: a decadent seaside 3500 square feet apartment with marvellous views that features Maison Valentina as one has never seen it before.

Regarded as one of India’s leading architecture and interior design studios, ZZ Architects, founded by Architects Krupa Zubin and Zubin Zainuddin, have provided extremely high-end and bespoke architectural and luxury interior design services to its clients, always personalizing their experience according to the client’s lifestyle requirements. In this is a unique sea facing apartment with a spectacular view of the famed Mumbai ‘Queens Necklace’ coast, a bespoke Manooi chandelier, a VOILE D cluster got place in the master bedroom.

The VOILE D is a special version of our VOILE crystal chandelier, made of brass chain. Its harmonious shape  reminds us of the waves of the ocean or the sea. With its LED light source, it is the focal point of the interior.

The Master Bedroom

The view has been strategically considered while creating the luxurious master bedroom. Notice the defragmentation of the typical bathroom layout by positioning the shower cubicle as a cast glass finished enclosure almost in the middle of the space. The main master bed from ‘Roberto Cavalli’ takes centre stage and is aligned perfectly to reveal a stunning view of the sea and the skyline across. Every individual piece of activity is planned in the master bedroom suite keeping in mind an experience and comfort oriented point of view.

This typical four bedroom apartment has been totally redesigned to ensure that the space feels like a flowing volume. The elegant contrast of material finishes and their emotive response as one traverses through the space is what completes the home.

What do colors mean in interior design?
Color is a fundamental building block of interior design. Color psychology is the theory that colors can affect how you feel, think and act. 

A vivid colourful living room design was created by Rakesh Ambasana & Associates, in Ajmer, India. In the living room area an ARTIKOI crystal chandelier got place next to Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors and Fendi furnitures, in matching colors with the inteiror.

The place came alive by the vivid colours of the interior and ARTIKOI became the focus point of this luxury interior.
