Complex Geometries – Luxury interior design in Mumbai

Manooi was proud to be a part of an elegant, luxury villa project in Mumbai, India. Created by Krupa Zubin from ZZ architects, this residential interior design concept is the embodiment of luxury and style. 

Manooi chandeliers are only made with premium-quality crystals: full-cut octagon pieces specially carved to recall the look of diamonds. This special cut helps to absorb natural light and to create the incomparable sparkling effect that only a crystal can provide. Its optical traits can break down visible light into spectra, resulting in colour combinations like those of a rainbow. This special effect of crystals provides a stunning atmosphere in any luxury interior it is placed in.

The Artica composition incorporated by the designers is the representation of a galactic encounter, reflecting the exceptional lines in the furniture selections by Fendi and Ipe Cavalli in the lounge area of the luxury villa. Artica, the first ever design Manooi chandelier embodies the spirit of the brand; over time it has become the recognised shape and logo of Manooi around the world. Although it entails unique architectural forms, it is ideal for placement in a wide range of spaces due to its smooth and curved shapes. With its non-regular but perfectly planned form, Artica represents the essence of the Manooi Universe.

The lighting ensemble also includes a modern Oeno chandelier in brown, amber colour combination. Colours of the crystal chandelier are even more highlighted by the marble covered walls.

Oeno is named after a coral formation, it reminds one of the tranquillity of a seabed with fantastic, ethereal light piercing through the water. High-end marble, from the Italian Bianco white and Armani bronze, are in harmony with the highest quality crystals in Manooi high end chandeliers. Gentle curves of the chandeliers are in absolut harmony with the streamlined shapes of luxury furnitures.
